At Imitated Faith, each canvas is created with care and intention. Because our products are made to order, shipping times include both production and delivery.
Order Processing Time
- All canvas prints are made to order
- Processing time: 5–8 business days
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
Once your order is in production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping Time Estimates
After your order has been processed:
- United States: 5-8 business days
- International: Not currently available
Please note: These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping is free for all provided canvas sizes
- Shipping fees may be applied for any custom canvas size requests
Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- If the package is returned, the customer must pay reshipping fees
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Contact your local carrier first
- Then reach out to us for support if needed
Damaged Shipments
If your canvas arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on replacements or refunds.
