At Imitated Faith, every canvas is made with intention, care, and quality. Because our products are made-to-order, we have specific guidelines to ensure fairness for both you and our business.
Order Processing
- All canvas prints are made to order
- Processing time: 5-8 business days (before shipping)
- Once your order is placed, it enters production quickly and cannot be cancelled
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our canvas products:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer error (wrong address, etc.)
Please double-check your order details before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We’ve got you covered if something isn’t right 💛
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong design or size)
You are eligible for a free replacement or refund
To request a replacement/refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (including packaging if damaged)
Once approved, we will:
- Send a replacement at no cost, OR
- Issue a full refund
Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first
- If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
